Return Policy

• Products must be in good condition with the original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a return.
• Returns can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Music Vinyls cannot be returned once opened, unless the LP is faulty and does not play correctly.
• We strongly advise reading the product description carefully before making a purchase.

Store Credit Policy

• To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure your product is in good condition with the original tag and packaging intact.

• Provide your address and reason for return/exchange when reaching out.
• We will schedule a pickup within 2 working days.
• Once we receive the item, you will be issued a Store Credit Code, which can be used to replace or exchange your purchase.

Refund Policy

At this stage, we do not offer refunds for orders. Instead, we provide Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.
