Raiders of the Lost Ark is celebrating its 40th anniversary and Paramount Home Entertainment has just released all four “Indiana Jones” movies as a 4K set “visually remastered with HDR-10 and Dolby Vision, and state of the art Dolby Atmos”. The films were remastered from “4K scans of the original negatives.” This is the first time that the movies are in 4K Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos.

This 5-disc set has all four films in 4K Ultra HD along with a “fold-out map” featuring images from all four movies. Numerous, previously released, bonus features are on a Blu-ray disc including the “Making Of” all four films along with behind-the-scenes, “On Set with Raiders of the Lost Ark” – and more.

This is a nicely put together set of all four Indiana Jones movies: Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981); Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984); Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989); Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008). The first movie won four Academy Awards while the second and third films won one Oscar each. Now you can revisit this popular film franchise in high definition starring Harrison Ford in his iconic role as Indiana Jones!

Raiders of the Lost Ark has also been released in Blu-ray for the 40th anniversary of the film (rated 14A).
