Shipping Policy

Delivery Across the U.A.E.

• We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, and Credit Card as payment methods.

• All shipments within the U.A.E. will be delivered through local couriers and are expected to arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

• Once the Airway Bill is generated by our shipping department, customers will be notified via their registered email and/or mobile number.

International Shipping

• For all GCC & International Orders, only online payment is accepted.

• A shipping fee will be applied based on the destination country and total order weight.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable import/customs duties imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.
