Shipping Policy

DELIVERY ACROSS U.A.E: 

• We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, and Credit Card as a method of Payment.

• All shipments will be delivered through local couriers and should be delivered within 2 to 3 working days .

• Once the Airway Bill is generated by the shipping department, customers will be notified by registered email and/or mobile number.

• Orders below 100 AED are subject to 10 AED shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• For all GCC & International Orders, only online payment is acceptable.

• For all GCC & International Orders, a shipping fee will be included depending on the destination country & total weight of the order.

• For all GCC & International Orders going out of UAE, the customer will also incur an import/customs fee pertaining to the destination country & the country's customs department.
